Single "One Meeting" Classes

Please call us at 371-3647 to determine the class best suited for you and your dog.  Please note that if you are new to LMCCB, you may be required to complete a Behavior Evaluation  before enrolling into any of our group classes.  Dogs with any form of aggressive behavior are not allowed in class unless they have completed a series of private lessons with an LMCCB trainer.  All classes require registration with our office; a $50 deposit will hold your spot in a class (if you need to cancel and we can fill your spot, we will gladly refund your deposit).   Each dog must have its own handler in class.   Classes are held outside so please dress comfortably.

Please bring a copy of your dog's vaccination records, treats, toys, a six-foot leash and a Martingale (no-slip) collar  to the first class. We DO NOT allow retractable leashes, harnesses, or pinch, choke or shock collars.  Please note that the Martingale collar should be worn only under supervision.

MAXIMIZE YOUR GROUP CLASS EXPERIENCE!  Follow the tips below to make the most of your learning experience:

1. Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to each class to familiarize your dog with the class area.  Remember, it is disruptive to your classmates for you to arrive late and can ultimately increase anxiety/frustration for your dog.

2. Bring several different types of food treats and Fido's favorite toy!  Fido may require a higher reward in class than he does at home!

3. Be prepared to do your homework!  We will provide you with the tools and knowledge you need to perform training exercises and programs at home.  Time spent outside of class with your dog will ensure we achieve the group class goals.

4. Consider bringing your family members to participate in class so that everyone in the household is on board with your training efforts!

5. If you must miss a class, please let your trainer know in advance so a make-up session ($30) may be scheduled before the next class meets.
